The History of

Furniture Ambulance:

By accident in 1996 the company I founded was to help local furniture stores repair issues their customers had. In the beginning all customers furniture needing repair was picked up from the customer's home and taking to the stores warehouse for service. This always meant the customers were without their furniture for sometimes days, and sometimes longer. Soon I saw a better path for the stores and my customers. I began to travel to the customers homes to address and repair the furniture. This new strategy not only helped the stores provide better and much faster care for their customers, but soon an unforeseen benefit arrived for me. It has been my biggest reward beyond the money made. This reward was getting to meet and have excellent conversations with thousands of great customers.

My Business Practices:

I have a couple immovable business practices. One is that I always attempt to be on time for appointments. I arrive on schedule to respect your time.

Second, although a funny saying I have used for years, "I treat your furniture like its mine, so the next time you see me, you wave with ALL your fingers"
